Zander DV2 semi-automatic uncapping machine

The principle of uncapping honeycombs is exactly the same as adopted in the larger machine: silently serrated and oscillating stainless steel knives, system of their electric heating, motorized descent of honeycombs by stainless steel chains. On this machine, too, it is possible to achieve uncapping of the combs Îã under wood in case of indented operculum. The only differences with the large machine DV4 consist in the lack of automatic feeding of the combs, which are then introduced into the machine a little at a time in the descending chute, and also in its supporting structure that does not rest on the ground but is laid on an uncapping machine carriage or on special supports. Possible support and juicer are not included in the price.
