ÎãMINIMIX heated double-wall mixer , with capacity for 100 kg of honey. It is a small multipurpose economical mixer with a double-walled stainless steel vessel with Ø 40 mm butterfly stainless steel faucet and with anti-heat polyethylene protection. The supporting structure is made of stainless steel tubing.
Heating of the water in the bain-marie is achieved by a 1000-watt thermostatically controlled electric heating element screwed sideways in the double bottom.
Mixing is achieved by a Ø 250 mm height-adjustable stainless steel marine propeller mounted on the cantilevered, inclined shaft and driven by a 370 W single-phase gear motor at 50RPM.
