Mixer with 300kg capacity, double-walled. It is a honey mixer with double-walled vessel with capacity of 300kg, with 50mm stainless steel tap. Heating of the water in the honey-bath is achieved by a 2000W thermostatically controlled electric heater screwed sideways, in the double bottom. The 2 propellers are stainless steel diam. 250mm is mounted on an inclined shaft on which it is adjustable in height and is set in rotation by a single-phase 550Wa 50 RPM gear motor. The supporting structure is fabricated from stainless steel tubing. The lid has a safety lock against opening when the machine is in motion. Creamy honey can be produced relatively quickly with this machine.
