Mixer with 600kg capacity, double-wall. This is a 600kg-capacity, double-walled honey-bath mixer with stainless steel tap. Heating of the water in the honey-bath is achieved by a 2000W thermostatically controlled electric heating element screwed on the side, in the double bottom. The inner bottom is inclined toward the faucet for total drainage. The 2 propellers are stainless steel diam. 360mm is mounted on an inclined shaft on which is adjustable in height and is set in rotation by a 3-phase 1100W gear motor at 50 RPM. The cover has a safety lock against opening when the machine is in motion. (The stainless steel stand, item 6562337 measuring 75x75x30cm, is not included).
