Artisan Panettone gr. 1000 (with Italian Honey)

Handcrafted sourdough panettone. According to an ancient recipe of Master Confectioners, this panettone is made with homegrown flours, butter and the freshest eggs, and is sweetened with little sugar and ITALIAN HONEY. It contains no candied fruit, only raisins. The dough is left to rise (double rising) for about 20 hours, after which baking takes place. It is then allowed to dry for another 24 hours, then it is packaged. Compared to the photo, the color of the package, may vary.
