To take advantage of this service you need to:
1) Weigh the raw wax;
2) Enter the weighed quantity in the order;
3) Proceed with payment;
4) Ship the weighed wax after the order is completed.
Upon receipt of the raw wax after verifying the weight, we will ship the wax sheets back. The quantity, by weight, of wax sheets sent back will be net of the waste, which is generally between 5 and 10%, depending on the purity of the wax received.
For quantities over 300 kg. you can request the service of processing your own raw wax.
