It is programmed to perfectly uncaulk the combs and lighten the operations of their loading and unloading. The combs to be uncapped are loaded onto the upper rail equipped with motorized stainless steel chains that convey them, one by one, to the uncapping point. Uncapping takes place when the honeycomb passes between the two serrated cut knives that oscillate silently horizontally and are heated by built-in electrical heating elements. The knives are adjustable in Îã-depth and can also operate under wood. The DV 4 is manufactured completely from stainless steel, laser cut and machined to perfection.
We can supply this machine for Dadant honeycomb art. 4300 or Langstroth art. 4301.
To increase the capacity of combs collected at the machine outlet, the DV 4 can come equipped with a special uncapped comb collector (Art. 4318DB), with two stainless steel chain tracks, equipped with a step-by-step feed that also allows spacing between combs. The customer can choose the length of the collector.
We can supply this machine for Dadant honeycomb art. 4300 or Langstroth art. 4301.
