The Lega Smart 2 electronic dosing machine with 625 mm rotary loader is the ideal solution for beekeeping laboratories that need to process large quantities of honey quickly, accurately and safely. Designed with stainless steel components and a sophisticated electronic panel, it ensures reliability and maximum hygiene at every stage of potting.Versatile working modes: the machine is equipped with two operating modes . In automatic mode, it allows programming of quantity, number of jars, speed and other parameters, ensuring uniformity and precision . In manualmode , the operator directly manages dosage and flow, for maximum flexibility in processing.
High performance: thanks to its powerful pump, the Smart 2 can pot honey directly from the ripener or other containers, smoothly handling both liquid and denser honeys. The drip cutter system ensures clean and waste-free dosing, keeping jars and worktops tidy at all times. With a production capacity of about 350 500 g jars per hour, it ensures optimal yield even in high-intensity professional settings.
Ergonomics and customization : the front panel with intuitive touch screen allows setting and customizing all dosing parameters, adapting to the specific needs of each producer. The machine is also adjustable in height, to work comfortably with containers of different sizes.
